Banana coffee a success
As a caterer I know my customers. I knew I was catering to a group a conservative coffee drinkers with traditional taste buds, but after tasting the banana coffee I knew it would be a hit. I served tea, cocoa, regular/decaf columbian coffee and banana coffee. There were also several baked deserts. The coffee is smooth and flavorful with just the right hint of banana aroma. The product was strong enough to have a clear flavor identity, but didn't compete with the tea cakes and cookies served. The drinkers were surprised by their attraction to the product and most came back for seconds.
