It smells so good in the morning brewing
I tasted this coffee a couple years ago in Amish Country, and haven't stop drinking it since. The aroma in the moring is just delightful! I would make sure you use a coffee filter to take out the excess oils and soot in the coffee. Otherwise, at the last cup, you will have a sootie cup of oils. If you are a health nut like myself, you definitely want the oils out. The coffee filter helps with that.
