What convenience; I can grind what I need for a few days and keep the rest fresh. I can use less than the ""store bought"" because of its richness and depth of flavor which saves money. No bitterness at all, just a perfect cup of coffee. Kudos to San Marco!

I own a good coffee maker that heats the water to 205 degrees and I get whole bean , exceptional coffee

This is our everyday of the year coffee. Anytime we have guests over I get plenty of compliments about the coffee. It's our favorite!
