We actually recommended this blend to San Marco. I stole the recipe from a coffee supplier who was selling his business. I've been ordering the multiple flavors from San Marco for several years before I realized I should just get them to blend it. Saves me having to buy 10# at a time. My favorite drink in coffee form. I use in a French coffee press or drip coffee maker. Great tasting coffee for any day of the week, anyway you make it.
